Winter Soldier Justice

A S.H.I.E.L.D. take on Winter Soldier that is built around keeping schemes clear and churning consistent small damage with Sky-Destroyer. Multiple S.H.I.E.L.D. allies help trigger the Sky-Destroyer and control the board. And Winter Soldier's hero deck has enough damage to hit the villain and big minions.

As far as playing the deck, it really benefits from having the Sky-Destroyer in play. Without that, the S.H.I.E.L.D. cards don't have quite enough "oomph" for more difficult scenarios. The player side schemes are intended to help the curve of finding the right cards in time.
