Although Echo is a graceful fighter, she shows no grace to her enemies.
Coup de Grâce is a difficult card to use in most decks, even with the amazing Air Cover to help get your upgrades out. Most heroes can only use it once per turn and if the minions start stacking up on you, having a deck built around it just makes you feel like the walls are closing in.
Echo can easily play it multiple times a turn and combining it with a double Spoiling for a Fight or Looking for Trouble, that allows you the opportunity to bring in multiple minions per turn. With an Air Cover out and using "Bring It!" getting upgrades on them should be easy.
Into the Fray and Relentless Assault are for the pesky Elite Minions you can't use your Grace on. Everything else is to help with card draw, life gain, resource cost, and Endurance for some extra life since she's so squishy. Improvisation also adds some extra health gain every time you serve your enemies with grace.
Your first few turns is spent on setting up. Don't bring enemies out early unless you need to reduce the threat. Feel free to flip between forms, especially when you get The Rez out.
Like any minion reliant decks, this won't work against certain scenarios. Although the nice thing about her nemesis is he doesn't have Elite, so Face the Past works well here. And the other minion in your nemesis cards doesn't have it either. That means you actually don't care if your nemesis comes out.
