Leadership isn't about shouting the loudest or hiding behind a screen of cheap allies. True leadership means stepping in front of those who cannot protect themselves, keeping a perfectly cool head in the middle of a crisis, and resolving problems with disciplined, pragmatic precision. Welcome to COSMIC ABSOLUTION.This build breaks every conventional rule of the Protection aspect. As the chairperson of the Avengers, I demand absolute perfection from myself, which is why this deck is hyper-optimized into a flawless 40-card singularity. I intentionally choose not to run any allies—not out of arrogance, but to spare my teammates the danger and shoulder the risk entirely on my own. Through my 0-cost Speed of Light, I glide smoothly into Pulsar form to analyze the battlefield, maintain a rapid card draw, and re-evaluate the tactical situation second by second. My primary focus is absolute damage prevention. Thanks to Innate Reflexes—which my natural discipline allows me to activate from the very first second of deployment (Starting/Mulligan guarantee)—we build an unshakeable, passive 8 DEF fortress on the board alongside Armored Vest and the Ronin title. When the villain strikes, I face them head-on without hesitation. Every single time their blows bounce harmlessly off my cosmic barrier (0 damage taken), their scenario suffers a controlled collapse: through Not Today!, I instantly sweep 2 threat off the schemes, absorb spikes with Energy Barrier, and let my armor (Electrostatic Armor, Dauntless) punish the attacker passively for 3 automatic direct damage, all while I calmly plan the next steps via Unflappable. With Stand Alone and Pulsar Shield, I ready myself continuously right in the middle of the enemy phase to remain fully operational at all times. And this iron wall isn’t just for myself; it is the ultimate shield for the entire team. In multiplayer rounds, I act as the strategic rock in the surf. When my fellow players are battered or need to flip to Alter-Ego, I step up and intercept the villain's attacks for them. Thanks to my massive 8 DEF, I block the hardest boss strikes down to zero without taking a scratch, while all my passive retaliation damage and mid-enemy-phase threat removal keep firing flawlessly. I unconditionally hold the line for my teammates so they can execute their jobs without the fear of a sudden K.O.When the right moment comes, the hour of pragmatic execution strikes. I drop the 1-cost upgrade The Best Offense... not as an expression of pride, but as a strategic tool to convert my astronomical 8 DEF into pure, focused action for the entire round. In practice, this means every single basic activation during this turn becomes a guaranteed bank—a single exhaust removes a guaranteed 8 threat or deals 8 damage to the villain. No ifs, ands, or buts. If I additionally play a card like Army of One, I utilize it for a second, precise activation to further cleanse the board. And if the situation demands a heavy impact, I close the operation with In Harm's Way for a flawless, card-based 16-point double strike that deals 8 damage AND removes 8 threat simultaneously, before shutting the case for good with a final Gamma Blast.
