Use Energy Shield on Vivian, which activates a 1 energy 3 thw/3dmg on repeat. Get Tough on yourself with Perseverance and save it only for the really big hits by protecting it with Energy Barrier, Forcefield Generator or Energy Shield.
Then use Repurpose and Reboot to swing for the fences.
Without his drone minions Ultron is more bark than bite. Ghost him for a while while pinging off his tough, and he will help you draw through your deck more quickly while being action positive if you trigger change of fortune to defeat him.
Slowly pick away at minions in Intangible form with Dauntless and Energy Barrier, hopefully triggering change of fortune a few times along the way!
