Riri Williams doesn't start the game at full power. She builds her way there.

This deck is about giving Ironheart the time, resources, and flexibility she needs to progress from Version 1 to Version 3, while Leadership provides a strong board that remains useful throughout the entire game.

Allies such as Cloud 9, Falcon, Moon Girl, Patriot, Snowguard and Vivian provide a flexible toolbox for attacking, thwarting, defending, and supporting Riri while she develops her armor.

Brawn has a particularly useful interaction with Teamwork. Once exhausted, Brawn can generate a mental resource once per phase. Teamwork then allows Ironheart to add his 2 THW or 3 ATK to one of her own basic activations without needing to ready him. Brawn can keep powering the suit while Riri borrows his considerable stats.

Strength in Numbers gives the ally board another purpose, converting unused activations into cards whenever Riri needs to dig deeper into her deck.

As Ironheart improves, Go All Out and Push Ahead begin exploiting her increasingly powerful stat line. Rather than specializing exclusively in damage or threat removal, the deck can turn those improved stats into whichever effect the battlefield needs.

Soaring Acrobatics adds another layer of flexibility without forcing the deck into an all-Aerial strategy, allowing the Aerial characters already present to improve their basic activations while leaving Brawn free to perform his unique role.

Finally, New and Improved embodies the entire deck. As Riri's VERSION increases, the card itself becomes stronger — tutoring an Ironheart card, granting Tough, and eventually readying her. The suit gets better, and so does everything built around it.

This deck stays remarkably close to Ironheart's original preconstructed deck for a simple reason: the pieces already understand what Riri wants to do.

Build the suit. Improve the suit. Then show everyone what Version 3 can do.
