Wolverine doesn't need an army. He is the army.
This Aggression deck is built around Logan doing what he does best: getting into the fight, taking punishment, healing it back, and turning his own hit points into an offensive resource.
Wolverine's Claws let you pay for ATTACK events with health, while Regenerative Healing and Logan's natural recovery keep the engine running. Berserker Barrage pushes that philosophy even further: defeat an enemy, take 2 damage, and keep swinging. Against a board full of minions, Logan can carve through several targets with a single card.
Berserker Frenzy rewards you for taking enemy attacks by drawing a card whenever Wolverine takes damage from one. That's where Toe to Toe shines. For only 1 resource you provoke an enemy attack and hit it for 5 afterward. Pick your targets carefully—ordinary minions are excellent candidates; Villainous monsters, considerably less so.
The deck also turns Wolverine's high ATK into more than damage. Innate Aggression, Combat Training, and Aggressive Conditioning build his basic ATK, while The Direct Approach converts that power into side-scheme control. Into the Fray handles minions while converting excess damage into threat removal.
Quick Strike provides cheap, immediate damage, while Martial Prowess, X-Gene, and Aggressive Energy keep the steady stream of attacks affordable.
There are only two allies here, and that's intentional. Jubilee and Synch provide utility without taking the spotlight away from Logan. This isn't an X-Men swarm deck. Wolverine is supposed to be the one getting his hands dirty.
The result is an aggressive deck that can still manage the board without slowing down. Your health isn't something you're trying desperately to preserve.
It's ammunition.
Take the hit. Heal the wound. Keep cutting.
