Bishop knows the future is dangerous.
So he brought resources. A lot of resources.
This Leadership deck turns Bishop's natural resource engine into fuel for a small squad of heavily trained and well-equipped allies. This isn't a swarm deck. Every soldier is an investment.
Power the Future
With Stored Energy, Effective Leadership, The Power of Leadership, and the standard resource package, more than a quarter of the deck consists of resource cards.
That's exactly where Bishop wants to be.
Command Authority takes advantage of that economy by rewarding you for paying with a resource card, while Bishop's own kit turns excess resources into even more value.
Build the Squad
There are only seven allies here: Cable, Deathlok, Fantomex, Havok, Longshot, Malcolm, and Randall.
The goal isn't to cycle through them.
It's to build them.
Innate Inspiration starts in play and immediately gives every ally +1 hit point. Team Training can add another +1, giving your team the durability to stay on the battlefield and make repeated activations.
Then start handing out the hardware.
Danger Room Training improves their basic powers and Sidearm adds more firepower. The longer an ally survives, the more value those upgrades generate.
Effective Leadership
Effective Leadership is especially nasty here.
It's a wild resource — already useful to Bishop — but when used to pay for an ally, that ally gets +1 THW and +1 ATK for the entire phase.
Your soldiers can hit the battlefield ready to work before you've even finished upgrading them.
Small Team, Big Guns
This isn't Leadership built around disposable bodies.
Bishop absorbs the punishment, generates the resources, and keeps a compact X-Force squad operating at maximum efficiency.
Invest in your soldiers. Keep them alive. Arm them.
Bishop has seen the future. Apparently, it needed more guns.
