Bucky Barnes has a simple approach to problem solving:
If it's still a problem, you haven't shot it enough.
Winter Soldier already brings a huge amount of offense in his signature kit, so this Aggression deck doesn't try to reinvent him. Instead, it builds the arsenal, supports his weaknesses, and lets Bucky's own attacks do the killing.
The Cybernetic Arm
Everything starts with Cybernetic Arm.
Bucky can find it directly from his deck or discard pile in alter-ego, making his central engine extremely reliable.
Once installed, it generates a wild resource for an ATTACK event and makes that event deal 1 additional damage.
With seven ATTACK events already in Bucky's signature kit, the Arm is rarely unemployed.
Firepower
Then things get stupid.
Firepower exhausts up to three WEAPON upgrades, dealing 3 damage for each weapon exhausted.
Pay for it with Cybernetic Arm and each instance becomes 4 damage.
One weapon: 4.
Two weapons: 8.
Three weapons: 12 ranged damage for a 1-cost event.
Spread it across the battlefield or put everything into one unfortunate target.
Fusillade
You don't always need the entire armory.
Fusillade exhausts a single WEAPON for 5 damage. Pay with Cybernetic Arm and that's 6 damage from one available weapon.
Firepower handles the war.
Fusillade handles whoever is still standing.
Lethal Protector
Bucky's offense also controls the scenario.
After Winter Soldier attacks and defeats an enemy, Lethal Protector removes 2 threat from a scheme.
That completely changes the relationship between Bucky and minions.
They're not obstacles.
They're threat removal with hit points.
Kill the minion. Remove 2 threat. Move to the next target.
Lock and Load
Lock and Load searches your deck or discard pile for a WEAPON costing 3 or less and puts it directly into play.
Normally, that's equipment.
Here, it's ammunition for Firepower and Fusillade.
Combined with S.H.I.E.L.D. Sidearm and Bucky's own arsenal, getting enough weapons onto the table isn't difficult.
Everything Else
The rest of the deck exists to support what Bucky's signature kit already does exceptionally well.
Allies help stabilize the battlefield. Tac Team provides flexible damage. Player side schemes build additional advantages without trying to replace Bucky's core game plan.
There is no need to fill the deck with generic Aggression attacks.
Winter Soldier brought plenty of his own.
Lead Poisoning
Minions appear.
Bucky shoots them.
The scheme empties.
The villain gets whatever ammunition is left.
Against scenarios that try to overwhelm you with enemies, that can create an unfortunate feedback loop: every new target gives Winter Soldier another opportunity to trigger Lethal Protector while his arsenal keeps the battlefield clear.
Side effects may include an empty scheme, a cleared battlefield, and teeth embedded in the parquet.
