Bishop has joined SHIELD and is their official Time Cop!
Designed to face the Enchantress Scenario, Bishop manages the schemes but can help take down minions with his Rifle.
His major focus is on handling Loki if he comes into play, being able to manipulate the villain deck to prevent heals, and also takes advantage of Stepford Cuckoos to prevent the worst Trecheries.
