I've played a few different versions of Quicksilver now and he is clearly a combo style hero that can burst out enough damage for an OTK. My deck here continues that trend but with the justice aspect. The yellow sphere allows you to sacrifice some top end damage (which is usually overkill anyway) for a far more consistent performance. I thought I would also have to sacrifice speed, but I have found that justice actually executes the OTK combo about 1 turn earlier than leadership.

So, how does it work? Basically, you run through your entire deck and play out as many permanents as you can to thin out the deck list as much as possible. You need to have as much space in your hand as possible for your Always Be Running and Maximum Velocity. Eventually you have enough in play to go off.

You should maximize tempo by flipping every round and using the AE ability, especially with Scarlet Witch in play. The first time through your deck you can dump your event cards to pay for permanent cards, then use Serval Industries to shuffle back in what you need. If you flip every round you can keep the board contained and use Lay Down the Law to control threat. Ironheart and Agent Coulson allow you to draw and get through your deck faster. You can put in whatever preparation cards fit the scenario you are playing against. I just included the two with the most general utility.

You may ask why I only have 2 Beat Cop and 2 Tenacity and the answer is that's all I needed, often not playing the second copy. This deck list feels very polished and tight because I ran similar decks with Black Panther and Hulk. You should give it a try and let me know how you like it.

Thanks

I just played this deck (2 player) paired with Thor Aggression, its absolutely insane. It was Rhino in a teaching game for the Thor player, who got to win with a double hammer throw, but I was sat on 2 in play adrenaline rush, the +2 attack thwart card, and 2 always be running. I used to use Spiderman protection to help new players, but this deck is my new favourite. Schemes were never a problem and insane burst damage for clutch turns.

@RKOsterThanks for the comment. The deck is great at thwarting. I've had fun with it against Wrecking Crew because of that. When teaching a new player you can let them have all the fun, but step in with burst if they get in trouble. It's a solid approach.
