Shake it off with Star Lord

Let's be honest, Star-Lord is great but he can get into a whole lot of trouble because of his many encounter cards. So, the aim of this deck is to mitigate those and patiently wait for your time to shine.

Shake it Off is a great card, after Star-Lord or an ally receives damages, it cost one ressource to make them tough. For exemple, you can use Clea or Starhawk to defend against a weak minion's attack, and use Shake it Off to defend twice against the vilain. May I remind you that, with Star-Lord, you tend to face a lot of minion so, this way, you can use it to your advantage. This combo is absolutly great with Groot who can heal each time he defends. Martyr is here to help defeat minions and take a few hits along the way.

And Black Widow and Get Behind Me! can negate the most annoying encounter cards.

Thanks to Leader of the Guardians, all your allies can thwart very efficiently, especially since you may encounter a few side schemes.

Once you are fully protected, you can attack the villain with your Element Gun and Sliding Shot.
