You like iron, do you? Some kind of weird ferrous collector? Well, we've got iron for you. Iron Fist, Ironheart, and Iron Man. What's that? You like stuns too? Fine. Have 'em all.

War Machine's cards don't have a lot of synergy with the aspect and basic cards. Unfortunately, it appears he has the least synergy with Protection. I wanted to make the best deck I could for him with each aspect and this? This is the best I have for green. It's not pretty but it works.

War Machine doesn't lack for damage. When it comes to his hero cards? It's pretty much all he has. A little toughness, 2 thwart cards, and otherwise all attack. The idea here is to smack a stun onto the villain, use Bait and Switch to wrestle down the threat, then stun 'em again while you fill 'em with lead.

After a sequence like that with Bait and Switch, when their scheme is low, that's when you flip Alter-Ego to reload and heal up.

Ideally in multiplayer, you go into the villain phase with the villain already stunned against one person, then defend for another and, if you have Never Back Down in hand, stun him for someone else! If everything works out in sequence you can simply eat an attack on a tough status card from your Upgraded Chassis too.

On a team, this deck really benefits from someone who can confuse the villain. If you have someone truly dedicated to thwarting you can drop the Bait and Switches for something less risky.

In solo, you can drop a stun or two and possibly Endurance.

You can replace them with 2x Hard to Ignore and Unflappable.
