Updated the initial to include two copies of Teamwork, replacing single copies of Inspiredand Strength In Numbers.
Built as a general, all-purpose Cap deck growing from the basic Hero Deck. I don't have access to Widow or Ms. Marvel yet, but should have them soon for Rapid Response. Comments and criticisms are welcome!
