Welcome to my latest attempt at updating Scarlet Witch!

This build is made to capitalise on her ability to manipulate probability to an even more devastating affect than ever before! But how are we going to update her?
Well, that's simple. Why rely on probability when we can warp reality as we see fit! Thanos shouldn't be the only one with a mastery over the game, after all!

The answer is simple. All we need is a little help with some Global Logistics. This has amazing synergy with her Hero Ability as well as her Hex Bolt & Molecular Decay! Why risk it on chance when we can simply just control the outcomes. We'll want to recycle Global Logistics using Vigilante Training. We run this at 2 because you will always want access to her easy ways to manipulate either deck or just get a Homeland Intervention when you need it.
