Won the Red Skull campaign in expert with no particular problem. I only used cards from the first cycle, because I don't have any other packs :).

Stash arrows in the quiver

The key is not to focus on arrows at the start. So if you have no cable arrows on the first turn, no need to rush to get the bow right now if you have better things to play, like Mockingbird or a Combat Training. By playing upgrades and support in priority and stashing arrows in the Hawkeye's Quiver, the deck gets thin for the second half of the game. With an attack at 4, simply attacking was good enough. The only arrows I toss at first are Cable Arrow and Sonic Arrow just not to loose.

Recover often

I go back to non hero form quite often, every 3-4 turns, because I never defend.

The first weakness is the small recovery, compensated by Endurance, Down Time, and the campaign cards. Mockingbird is fundamental and can lock any big enemy, given you have the Avengers Tower and the Team-Building Exercise or the Helicarrier out.

Rain arrows when you flip the villain

Rain arrows from the sky is nothing but a formality. The moment you start to pop your vibranium arrows from the quiver or new hand you will probably do 14 damage and stun or confuse the enemy. You will probably follow up with another 10 the turn after. That's enough to kill any stage 3 villain in the Red Skull campaign.
