Don't call me basic but that's all I got :) The idea with this deck was an experiment to make a deck with no aspect and still be able to win. This deck defeated Master Mold, Sabertooth, Sinister Six, and The Wrecking Crew. It's Wolverine so he really wants to use his events, plenty of upgrades/supports to get out for slimming down the deck for better events. If setup well, you can have some tenacity's waiting for you and an enhanced physique ready when you play Jubilee, gaining you a +2 attack until the end of phase and if you happen to have some directed force in hand that's another +2, this combo can easily hit between 10-20 damage depending on your cards. Superpower Training is only there to get "I Got Better" quickly by using Track by Scent and then drawing 2 cards. Biggest issue with this deck is thwart management and occasional dead hands. I've tried to minimize dead hands as much as possible; and its hard to get good thwart in "basic".

Suggestions welcome for improving the decks thwart... this should also help with the dead hands. Stay in basic though, no aspect ;)

I think with all the basics you would want to run The Power in All of Us resource cards to pay for the basic cards. Also to help with threat you could add Hit and Run which would do damage and remove threat. Wolverine’s claws could even pay for them in a pinch if you had to.

That’s a good point with the hit and run, didn’t even occur to me it could be claw powered. I’ll try that. I had the power in all of us but with the 3 resources you can pull from upgrades and his claw power they contributed to dead hands more often than not.

Could add basic ally or two, maybe Snowguard setup with +3 THW, and a First Aid or two to keep her around. Also To the Rescue! could be added. Finally Civic Duty to boost his thwart when needed. Not sure what to sub out if you plan to stay at 40 cards, but maybe these could help!
