Well, the writers got a little out of hand with this issue and had Colossus join the Deadpool corps and get a symbiote suit.
The three pool resource cards all work best when you have taken no damage, and Colossus is great at not taking damage. Especially when bolstered by healing from Healing Factor and Tic-Tac-Toe. With them generating big resources, getting expensive cards like Avengers Mansion, Symbiote Suit and Da Bomb will be easier. Assess the Situation will give you a bigger hand to work with as well.
Laser Swords pairs well with Venom and Symbiote Suit, with Stick-To-Itiveness allowing some big rounds of damage.
The Plan for this deck: Keep the damage off, use your pool resources to get your upgrades out, and then go to town on the villain.
