Psy-, Stun- & Confuse Locke

Hi! Sharing my first published deck. Hope you like it and short write-up.

Tested vs Steady Mister Sinister during NeXT Evolution run.

Basic Idea

This deck was super fun for me to play.

1. You confuse the enemy first,
2. then stun it with Upside the Head.
3. You flip up/down as often as possible
4. Using benefits of status cards as much as possible.
5. If you time it right, villain won't activate almost at all and you'll gain all the benefits

Ways to confuse:

• Professor X
• Upside the Head - note that we can do it in the first round even on a tough enemy. We only need to flip one Psi-Knife to Psi-Katana to have Psylocke's Attack gain piercing. But try to save it for a stun, if possible.
• Concussive Blow
• Psionic Redirect
• Flurry of Blades

Ways to stun

3×Upside the Head. It isn't much, but! If you have Training Regimen, then you can find it. Upside the Head is a Skill. And I found this deck so efective, i barely needed more than 3 stuns per game. This gives us 6 rounds (you flip every round), in the other rounds the guy is confused. In case you need more, some Allies can take the hit or you can defend… c'mon, health is also a resource. ;) You can also put Mockingbird if you want.

Quick note about Concussive Blow…

That's the weakest part of the deck, but… I stayed with this one, so I have more unconditioned confuse cards. One Xavier Charles is not too much. That's the first thing. The other thing is that i tend to have at least one, if not both, Psi-Katanas in play. Then it's much easier to find those resources. Also Sonic Rifle is a great replacement, but then you'd have to use Side Holster. And you need to put Side Holster first, then those guns, which is slow. Also I had that discount for 3-costed events from NeXT Evo. campaign.
