Star-Pool

Use the Build Support card to bring back Bad Boy after you use it, and put a bunch of upgrades on Deadpool because he doesn't die to consequential damage and will become a guardian because of Star-Lord's ability. Use the other side scheme Call for Backup to get Deadpool out. Star-Lord is all about knowing when it is worth it to deal yourself an encounter card, and can be hard to play at first. But after you play him multiple times he becomes very strong and one of the exciting heroes to play. Deadpool is a great ally to use the upgrades on, but another solid choice is Drax. He is great for rushing down the villain. In single player I find that Blaze of Glory isn't worth playing because the game ends too quickly, but it is a good idea to use 1 or 2 copies of it for multiplayer.
