This deck focuses on Mutant Protectors and Flash Freeze while having Hurricane active. Tough allies get put into play to defend attacks and also do retaliate damage, Mutant Protectors is also a DEFENSE card so Flow Like Water procs as well. Hangar Bay appears to be useful for once, so a tough ally can block again (with more retaliate damage) when the encounter deck is being mean.
