Works decently solo, but really shines at two player (or more?). Adam Warlock excels at being a Jack of all Trades, spends a lot of the game patching up holes rather than making big plays. Works best when paired with an early game fiend, that can give Adam time to set up his network, as he only really starts coming into his own in the second or third go through his deck.

The core of this deck is the Yondu package, which I'll explain in a bit, and is the reason the deck is SO big. A lot of the leadership cards are pretty essential, and the rest of the aspects just need to match because of the deck building rules. If you REALLY wanted to cut down, you could try removing Suit Up? Or some of the Basics. Deft Focus is nice, but has felt surprisingly niche in it's usage so far. And Bloodgem can feel a little tempramental early on, at least until the deck is thinned by having the supports and Upgrades and Allies out, and your Soul World is making damage a joke.

First goal should be to play Yondu. Ideally we cheat him out with Summoning Spell or Call For Back Up, or you can just play him if your early hand suits that. Suit Up can also help with this, but it's really purpose is to help us get our Upgrades.

These are where Yondu starts to shine. I tend to prefer prioritize energy spear, because it's the biggest ATK boost, and gives pierce, which will make Magus much easier to get rid of if/when he comes appears. Then Laser Blaster, the ovekill combined with War Room will make killing minions a lot more favourable. Side arm is here to help make sure Target Practice gets turned on, which is also a really important card. Finally, we can get Boot Camp into play at the most convenient time.

Now, Yondu does 8 damage each turn, with Piercing, Overkill and Ranged, and takes 0 consequential damage. Even elite minions are getting one-shot with this.

The rest is there to round out the kit, and to help buy us time while we set up Mary Poppins (do you get the name of this deck now? kekekeke!) The big Allies are for Summoning Spell value, and Groot/Martyr are to help suit up get the guardian only upgrades while Yondu is out.
