It's like fireworks, baby!

This is just a starting point for some exploration into Justice builds with Jubilee. With so much access to Stun and Confuse, I thought it'd be fun for Jubes to try tapping into a handful of cards that could make use of them, like Float Like a Butterfly, Chamber and Cypher. A few such cards like Upside the Head didn't make it because they didn't seem to lean into Jubilee's strengths and with as many resources as she has access to, it made more sense to load up on more expensive allies and events. Sonic Rifle sounds like it might have been fun but it also seemed a bit overkill and not as resource-efficient as I would like.

Again, nothing fancy here. Just loading up on plenty of X-Men synergies, bonus card-draw and workhorse allies to give Jubes plenty of time to stack up lovely supports and upgrades. As of now unplayed but we'll see how it goes.
