Nightcrawler - Judo Black Belt

Hello everyone! I have been looking for a protection deck for Nightcrawler for a long time, without being able to find a solution that works. The deck proposed by @web-warrior-fanatic is great, but I don't find it "consistent" with the character of Nightcrawler: he is not a genius who masters energy barriers (in my opinion! No offense, @web-warrior-fanatic deck is awesome ! ).

As a result, I tried to find similar effects, and I turned to the practice of judo ! Nightcrawler can mitigate the villain's attacks, and trigger responses like a true martial arts master !

Defiance is free, and can help a lot in early game.

Desperate Defense and What Doesn't Kill Me will offer some flexibilité, with untap effects.

Not Today! and Professor X can help with scheme.

Judoka Skill is awesome with Nightcrawler. It can be used three times, depending on the vilain attacks. If you don’t have any event to protect yourself, well, become a judo master !

This deck has won expert Master Mold, expert Juggernaut.

Maybe with strong minions, it can be hard to win, especially in expert. Feel free to change 3 Desperate Defense with 3 #under control ( Nightcrawler pack ).
