This deck was originally built for the "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" weekly challenge, and I built this deck as a multiplayer justice deck because Eyes in the Sky can stop teamwork from going off.

In general, the game plan is to use Angel's damage to push the villain, Yaw and Roll and Agile Flight to deal with thwarting, and avoid encountering minions with Eyes in the Sky. 5 aerial allies allows Eyes in the Sky to have a target easily (besides your hero), and The Power of Flight makes those allies much easier to play.

In solo play, I would probably cut 1 Agile Flight and 1 Eyes in the Sky for 2 One Way or Another to use your thwarting for more resources early. Depending on the tempo you want to play with, Avengers Mansion is also removable, but Team-Building Exercise is very strong (21 targets) and I would keep 2 copies to ensure you can get the first one out quickly. I've also included 2 side schemes as outputs for extra thwart towards the end of the game. I prefer putting Generation X out first, as it has 5 different events you can target depending on the situation, and you can easily clear it with Captain Britain, Banshee, or your Angel basic thwart with Soaring Acrobatics.

this is a fun deck! Love the justice aerial and Eye in the Sky is so dang thematic.

@andyr I had a blast taking it through the weekly challenge, and it is surprisingly functional! Eye in the Sky's power can vary wildly depending on the scenario. Against Masters of Evil or the Reavers it's quite good, but sometimes the other encounter cards are worse than the minions.
