Huge Thwarts

The main combo is Overwatch and "Yoo Hoo!". You can thwart 2 schemes for 8 each for only 1 resource. You can flip over after and full heal or you can accelerate and flip back to deadpool for more shenanigans.

Mutant Education will be good to keep using Yoo Hoo as you won't be using a lot of Deadpool cards so the ones you are using will be used a bunch. 90% of the time you will be using Montage, Yoo Hoo and This Card is Fire. This is best if you have 1 yoohoo in discard, on the second one take enough to flip to AE, use Mutant Educations, recover, Chimichanga Truck, flip back, draw with moira and you are ready to do some big yoo hoos again.

Major Confusion

The secondary combo of this deck is about using Armed to the Teeth to cycle Sonic Rifles every turn to reset their counters. This will confuse something or do 3 damage 1-2 times a turn depending on your setup.

Side Holster lets you have 2 out and 1 under armed to the teeth for rough turns.

After the villain is confused and maybe some minions, Cypher and Chamber can pop off.

Acceleration

This is not an aggresion or pool deck, you don't want to ramp acceleration too fast even though it benefits Montage and Cable. Instead try not to take all your health and use your recovery often. However after you have 3 its a lot easier to use Montage to play This Card Is Fire after a Yoo Hoo to drop 8 damage.

Finisher

This deck is focused on thwarting/confusing 90% of the game with an occasional This Card is Fire to clear a minion. You do have a decent finisher.

Symbiote Suit and Endurance gives you 23 max health. Maximum Effort can now do up to 22 damage, followed by This Card is Fire for another 22 damage. Those 2 alone are usually enough dealing 44, but endgame there is a lot for your to draw, flip over and maybe sneak out another This Card is Fire. Don't forget you can do your last 1 damage to yourself with a variety of cards including Deadpool's Katana to potentially put This Card is Fire back in the deck with Mutant Education, then exhaust deadpool with Exhausting Personality to draw a bunch of cards.

Mulligans and tutors

You want Armed to the Teeth more than most cards, but you don't need to aggressively mulligan for it, this deck doesn't have a lot of discard and you can always use Superpower Training to tutor it.
