The alterations are to fit more in Multiplayer and be more thematic. Avengers Mansion to help the table draw cards. Muster Courage to hand out toughs to protect others. Team-Building Exercise has 9 targets in the deck which helps with the higher cost curve of the deck.
Protector
Pulsar form can help you protect yourself and others. Defend for 3 to reduce incoming damage. Pulsar Shield can help switch to Pulsar form, or gain retaliate, and ready to defend for others. She can ready with Ever Vigilant and What Doesn't Kill Me to activate during her turn. Plenty of healing with What Doesn't Kill Me and Pulsar effect when changing to that form. We have plenty of Toughs for ourselves and others with Hard Knocks and Muster Courage.
Aerial
Aerial trait comes in great for Team-Building Exercise. Reduce cost of all her allies. Allies are going to stay out as long as possible to help with thwart and damage. Won't need them to block for yourself except in emergency cases. Soaring Acrobatics gives us an extra point of of stats to either help thwart/attack/defend. Ever Vigilant is aerial trait so team building can reduce that as well.
Avengers
Avengers trait and Team-Building Exercise work great for building up resource generators. Team Building to help pay for Quincarrier then both can help pay for Avengers Mansion makes the resource build up feel smooth.
Sideboard
Muster Courage swap with Tackle if you're playing Standard.
