Winter Soldier Brainwashes YOU!

I know what you're thinking. Bucky in yellow? We're probably adding some threat removal to his kit to round him out in solo. WRONG. He's trying out yellow to see if he can do as much damage as he can in red.

The only threat-removing card in this entire deck is The Raft. The rest of the deck is singularly focused on two things -- brainwashing the enemy and beating them up in their stupor. More than a quarter of this deck can confuse enemies, and Float Like a Butterfly means we'll be able to leverage that for more damage.

Chamber, Cypher, Scare Tactic, Upside the Head, and Float Like a Butterfly all benefit from confusion. One particularly satisfying combo is paying for Scare Tactic with Cybernetic Arm to attack a confused enemy, dealing 5 damage for a 1-cost card. It also feels great to keep Chamber around all game dealing 2 damage every turn.

Obviously, this deck is absolutely awful against Stalwart villains, so don't even think about it. But if you steer clear of Stalwart, you'll feel like you're bullying someone. In fact, The Raft adds to that feeling, because you'll be sending minions to prison before they even have a chance to commit a crime. With this deck, I hope you enjoy doing what Winter Soldier does best: killing things.
