Summary:
Stunning and confusing minions is great, but pinning them down is even better. With this deck, it is trivial to engage three different minions, shrink them to zero attack, and farm 3 draws off them every player phase for the rest of the game. Oh yeah, and Precinct HQ removes 4 threat from a scheme most turns, Cat's Head Amulet makes 3 resources every turn, and Tooth and Claw costs a MAXIMUM of 1 resource, often 0.

In a recent YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6XQ27iHKeU), I broke down my deckbuilding process, and I will explain this deck's inclusions using the same blueprint:

Parameters:
Protection Tigra deck using 3x Pinned Down to maximize her hero ability

Super-Staples: (cards so good, we default to having them in)
1x Hidden Base
1x The Night Nurse
3x Ready for a Fight - I default to 1 copy, but Tigra quickly brings that to 3 as it enables flips to AE (which fully rebate Rfaf's cost with the +1 hand size and Hunted draw) while still returning Tigra to hero form before the start of the player phase
Energy, Genius, Strength

Notable exclusions: Nick Fury, Professor X, Mockingbird - we plan to take lots of hits to the face, so less need for blockers. Might still improve the deck, but this is as good a time as any to give these mainstays a rest

Core cards: (cards that define the strategy and get built around)
3x Pinned Down
2x "Come Get Me, Bub!" - extra minion spawns

Synergies with core:
1x Iceman - temporary stuns if Pinned Downs are shy
1x Patriot - tons of free toughs
1x Yellow Jacket - help find Hunted, Pinned Down, Rfaf
1x Change of Fortune, 3x Energy Barrier - Small package to pick off extra minions. Barrier always a good proactive play

Staples: (filling out the deck, addressing weaknesses)
1x Snowguard, 1x Med Team - the best thwarting battery protection can get
1x Starhawk - always gives great flexibility to our turns
2x The Power of Protection - just enough eligible cards. Possibly cutable

Gameplay video:
Watch me take on the Captain Marvel scenario on Heroic difficulty using this deck here: https://youtu.be/0Bac7khm7Y8?si=GXJ5B7xt-N4FlfqD (I had an extra Come Get Me Bub over Night Nurse since there's no stunning or confusing in that scenario)

Pinned Down was the first card I thought of for Tigra as well.

Completely different than the Protection route I went. Looks really fun!
