Aerial Arbiter

I've been waiting for Heroic Conditioningto come out so I could add it to a Spectrum deck- She's such a strong character who doesn't get attention she deserves!

This mainly multiplayer deck is all about getting a high thwart and readying Spectrum via Ready to Rumble, Justice Served, and Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Use Chance Encounter to pull an Avenger into your hand to play, or use Avengers Compound to store one for later play when you need them to trigger EMH.

If you clear Specialized Training, Spectrum will have a 6 basic THW in Photon form. Even if you are in another form, you will still have a basic THW of 4, so it makes "getting stuck" much less impactful, so go ahead and flip forms--- if you aren't are you really playing Spectrum :)

Finally, Spectrum is kind of squishy, but if you fire off Making an Entrance and Soaring Acrobatics on the same thwart, you will thwart for 9 (assuming you cleared specialized), making it very likely you will get that nice healing bonus!

Finally, Blue Marvel is an excellent target for Chance Encounter or Avenger's Compound, allowing you to easily get to the form you need.

NOTE: This deck could work nicely in solo too, because Spectrum is pretty versatile. In solo, I'd opt to boost her basic ATK by Specialized Training, as there is more than enough thwart already baked into the deck.
