Mocked up this deck as a playground for the newly revealed basic Hulk ally.
The card (which will be released in the upcoming Luke Cage hero pack) has the response "after the villain attacks you, place 1 rage counter here" and the text, "Hulk gets +1 ATK for each rage counter." The Aggression Hulk ally in this deck is a stand-in for that card.
Simple play.
1.) Use the protection cards in the deck to get the villain to attack you (e.g. Taunt, Bait and Switch) and stack rage counters on Hulk
2.) Use the leadership cards in the deck to buff his hit points / increase the number of activations he has (e.g. Team Training, Reinforced Suit) and then when it is time to unleash him upon the villain ready him up and swing (Command Team)
A few other notes.
-Suit up is here to be able to pull Hulk more consistently. If you pull suit up, grab Hulk and Energy Shield. 19 of the cards in the deck are resources and so you can easily pay the kicker to prevent his consequential damage once he is online.
-There are only three basic cards in the deck to maximize Spider-Woman's hero ability and buff her stats.
-Unified Strike is here to get around consequential damage. Once Hulk's ATK stat is buffed, you can use it to swing hard. Until then, it has a resource and so can feed the Energy Shield
I see some promise here. The Protection/Leadership angle is fun!
