Hi, this is my take on Quicksilver protection. It`s pretty simple... Just boost him as much as you can with Civic Duty, Adrenaline Rush and Maximum Velocity, as well as his signature atk/thw/def boosters and then ready him with Always Be Running and Tenacity. Friction Resistance is your best friend.
