This is basically Magic Shield, but better. It costs 1 more resource but it negates all incoming damage, instead of just 3. It can also only be played in hero form only, but that's not an issue since Cable doesn't need to flip often. The downside is that there's only 1 copy available.

It is also similar to Telekinetic Shield. You may be able to get more uses out of Phoenix's card (stacking up ping dmg, until it exceeds 5, thus utilizing its full potential), but Cable's doesn't have to be attached to a character.

I really like this overall. Useful for preventing big bursts of damage and is both psionic and a superpower, so you can combine it with Psimitar or retrieve it with Hope Summers.
