This is a tweaked prcon deck that I've been having lots of fun with of late. Can't say if it's expert level rated but it's beat Ultron, Green Goblin Mutagin and Collector Museum amongst others.

Once she's set up she can do just about anything she needs to do with her access to resources, good card draw, and Repurpose with her Forcefield Generator and Energy Barrier when ready for monster turns.

You're going to want as much card draw as you can get with her. To help with this, Avengers Mansion, Web of Life and Destiny, Aunt May & Uncle Ben, and even Limitless Stamina to flip down and draw 2 more, have been included to help.

Also her allies help with this. Spider Man Peter Parker to ready up to flip down and draw 2. Spider Man Octavious to get another interface use and draw a card. Spider Man Hobie Brown just for blocking and thwarting when needed. Else wise, Silk for a quick out and getting rid of your most despised treachery card. Scarlet Spider mostly to synergize with Spider-Tingle. All of these are further helped with tutoring with Across the Spider-Verse from your discard and some nice discounts and a few of the allies, along with the card draw every time they rotate out with Web of Life and Destiny. And Finally [Ven#m] at full power to wreck havok and a Med Team to keep her up. Even though she doesn't benefit from the web warrior trait, fully powered up she is a monster who happens to be on your side.

Early game

Mulligan hard for the interfaces and All Systems Go!. Use interfaces to pay for interfaces. Draw extra cards as best you can exhausting the suit in alter ego. Forget about [VEN#m] until you have at least 4 interface resources to play her. Set up Forcefield Generator or Energy Barrier early if you can, they, along with that sweet 14 hp, will let you tank hits to flip down again when you can to draw those extra cards again. You're going to want as much card draw as you can get and get your board state going as quick as you can.

Mid game

When you've got your interfaces set up, try to get [Ven#m] out full power on your 2nd deck pass, have Med Team ready for her so she can dish out 40 dmg / threat as needed over her run. Rapid Deployment with an interface upgrade clearing threat when needed, and Web-Trap come in clutch as needed.

Late Game

When you're built up and board state is ready for it, you'll find you can clear a Villain in one full go with Limitless Strength, All Systems Go!, Spider Man Peter Parker, and Repurpose for l337 monster turns.

Depending on the Villain, a good 41st card I've loved has been Unshakable if there's a lot of stun / confuse to deal with.
