I made this deck specifically, for our Sinister Motives campaign. Blade was added as a cheap way to keep the Sand Counters at bay. Two One Way or Anothers were added to make sure you get those Community Service Victory points.
I also added Cypher from the Next Evolution boxed set. He is a 1 cost, Justice ally that lets you draw a card when he attacks and damages a Confused enemy.
