This is for the NeXt Evolution campaign.
We already have Practiced Maneuvers so Crisis Averted is 6 thwart for 2 resources. That's very good. Good enough to build around. Vigilante Training helps us recur it, and Overwatch lets us spread that 6 thwart to other schemes. Since we are playing two player, thats enough to clear just about any of the Player Side Schemes.
If you are going to play this campaign, convince your group to prioritize Practice Maneuvers.
