This is basic only Bishop build that leans heavily on the X-men support meta. I could have thrown even more in, but I did my best to keep it down to 40 cards. You can think of this as a Leadership deck with just Basics. Besides getting Bishop's main kit out, you'll be pumping out allies to do a lot of work and taking the hits! No chump blocking here unless you absolutely have to have it done. The rest of the work will come from you readying up again from your cards and Utopia

So far, this deck has handled Expert Kang & Expert Mysterio.

Hope Summers should still synergize with Utopia, since she copies Bishop's X-men traits when in play. Just watch out for flipping down with her into alter-ego or you might lose the extra ally that Utopia provides. She's great for fetching a Concussive Blast for another attack.

Triage is there to help heal Bishop, since he takes a lot of damage.

Legion is super useful for some all-purpose management. I tend to use the healing from #X-Mansion on him, and he can make Cerebro allow you to look at your whole deck for an ally.

Professor X is still useful even with stalwart villains, because he can't still help control the threat and ready another X-men character (ally or hero).

Build Support is there to help you get The X-Jet down or Utopia down sooner.

Specialized Training is there for you to grab Front Line Specialist because Bishop is going to be tanking and you need to start drawing!

Superpower Training is for you to fetch either Bishop's Uniform or Bishop's Rifle for whichever one you couldn't get down first.

Don't discount The Power of the Mind being in his deck with just two Psionic characters. You'd be surprised how it helps to get them down. You can even put in Stepford Cuckoos if you want more board control because it will help pay for that too.

Mutant Education and X-Men Instruction are there for you to keep cycling your allies like Professor X, Energy Conversion, or whatever you need back in your deck.

Don't underestimate the ability to flip down to AE, grab Stored Energy, and then use Cerebro to pull out an ally out of your deck like Prof X. Again.. works better if Legion is on the board so you can search your whole deck. Even better if you could use X-Men Instruction to put the ally you want into your deck before using Cerebro.
