Pretty simple yellow Bishop with X-men ally shell and his crazy resource economy.
Husk is a cool new card for bishop since he might be able to spend the resource to pay for her ability 2 or even 3(!) times per phase. This would give 3-4 actions with +1 boost, +2 THW if she has a Mission Training.
Otherwise this is standardd fare for the X-men. Really good supports and even more readying. The power in all of us is good for all the neutral cards being used.
Finally, there is the One Way or Another+Chance Encounter combo to get lots of draw an ally tutoring. The thwarting shouldn't be a problem with Husk.
Remove Shadowcat to get down to 40 cards if the encounter deck doesn't have many icon-based side schemes.
