Carol Goes on a Recruiting Spree

Carol Danvers is recruiting the best talent from all around the Marvel universe. She's leaving no stone unturned, getting the best mutants, Asgardians, Avengers, SHIELD agents, and clones onto her team.

This deck started life as a more Avengers-tribal deck, but once I got to playing it, I realized what I really wanted to do was take the absolute best allies I could and stick them all into a deck.

That new cards (cough, Squared Off) came out recently that really fit that theme was gravy, so here they are.

This is the solo build, but adding a copy of Mission Leader and Helicarrier is all you need to roll into a multiplayer game.

In solo testing, this deck defeated Crossbones and Unus by turn three two times each. It's absurdly powerful, and at least three of the four games I played I was able to play three allies on turn one. Beast fetches Energy Absorption, play Nick Fury, draw three, then play Cyclops, everyone swings for a total of 12 damage between the four characters. That's just turn one, mind you.
