The ideal play style will come up with all the support as needed.
Flipping down to shuffle Plan of Attack back into the deck with Assault Training to keep using it to search up Magic Blast and as a last resort, use Keep Up the Pressure to pick up an extra copy of MB.
Besides spamming MB and hoping to get maximum use out of it, you can still flip down whenever the villain is confused. It should happen fairly frequently as the second most common Resource icon is which is the single trigger for confuse.
The only mission for Atlas Bear is to put MBS in your hand if it is on top of the deck. However, in a pinch, if you already have MBS and the next card is an event--which doesn't have the printed on it--then it can pull it out of the way for a second chance.
Be sure to play out the permanent Support and Upgrade cards to help keep the deck thin.
