And that's the secret here. With Frozen Solid we can ICE the villain.
At first, we need resource generators like Team-Building Exercise, Power Belt and The X-Jet and of course Cryokinetic Perception.
Play "Come Get Me, Bub!" to get a minion, 3 health and a tough status. The tough status card is for villain phases without Frozen Solid in play.
After Unflappable and Change of Fortune are out, we can defend the attacks from minions. How can we beat minions? I'm glad you ask...with Under Control or Riposte. In case we need a defense boost, Judoka Skill is helpful. So when a minion attack, we defend and beat the minion, we can draw 4 cards in the villain phase.
