Along the theme of Iron Man being able to use nano-tech to repurpose elements of his suit to adapt to the fight. Using Repurpose to burn tech upgrades to allow Iron Man to activate multiple times in a phase. Lots of resources for Repulsor Blast.
Having play tested this, I find an early flip up to hero for early thwart helps keep things manageable, even if you only have 2-3 upgrades out. Almost always you get 2-3 upgrades out first turn here (unless super unlucky). Prioritise Forcefield Generator for the early flip to hero, also Arc Reactor and Mark V Helmet to be a thwart monster. Once in hero and with Endurance attached, you can get up to 20 hit points, quickly get that 7 car hand size. From there it's gg.
Prioritise protection tech upgrades to stay alive for an early hero flip for turn 1, this spreads threat and damage early, get other tech upgrades out asap to try and get to 7 card hand size by turn 3. Repulsor Blast and Supersonic Punch as needed to kill boss.
