No hero or villain
Magneto's hero cards are amazing, so I've decided to get as much use out of them as possible.
What I want and how I'll get it
Magneto's whole game plan is to keep discarding cards to get his magnetic cards in your hand, and when flipping down getting them back into your deck. Using Mutant Education will allow you to get 2 more identity specific cards back in your deck when you flip down, and then use Weapon X to get one into your hand instantly. Asteroid M will also help getting those cards into your deck, and heals the damage you've taken from Weapon X. Since you're constantly flipping anyway, Moira MacTaggert will increase your hand size even more when going hero mode, giving you a very nice hand size of 9. Even with his cards being situational, with this setup you will have the right card for anything that will come your way.
A never stopping onslaught
While in hero form, the amount of readies he has available is amazing with the boosts Magneto's Armor will give you. Ever Vigilant helps with thwarting, What Doesn't Kill Me keeps you alive, and with Magneto's Cape you have so many ways to ready during your turn that anything is possible. Utopia will ready when you play one of your allies, where Polaris can protect you some more, Professor X thwarts so you don't have to, and Hope Summers gets you the event you need in that moment.
