Well, this is fortunate, Boomguy chose Air Supremacy for the deck building challenge this week and I just happened to have made 3 different decks utilizing it! My Magneto and Nova decks are way too similar to other decks posted in response to the challenge so it looks like I'm posting up this...Bishop Aerial deck?

While Bishop has no access to Aerial for himself, Air Supremacy only requires it for his allies, and with his easy recycling of 2 resource cards, Bishop can easily afford to field those allies and upgrade them.

Spectrum is the all-star here. Ideally, you put her out using Either Malcolm, Randall or a Stored Energy to pay for her and tuck under her card, giving her bonuses to multiple stats. In a pinch, a physical resource will do, as Aero has has your allies tend to favor attacking.

You have loads of ways to improve your allies and increase their survivability with Honorary X-Men, Danger Room Training, Inspired, Wingman and Team Training.

Adam Warlock can also benefit from the double resources on Stored Energy allowing him play healer and thwarter in addition to his activation.

Air Supremacy give you some crowd control for minions and a non-attack 3 damage poke at the villain without exhausting your allies.

If you're interested in my Air Superiority/Spectrum builds for Magneto and Nova, here they are:

Magneto: Legalize HEMP

Nova: To the Skies!
