Ignore the silly name, I just haven't thought of a better one - but I'm publishing this to show the person who was discussing Cyclops with me earlier.
The basic conceit of this deck is to get Uncanny X-Men out to make your allies cheaper, then swarm the board.
You only have one copy of Uncanny X-Men; but you can find it with Build Support or Forge. You can tutor Forge with "To Me, My X-Men!" or Cerebro - so you can actually find Uncanny pretty fast. You have multiple Psionic allies to help with that, especially if you get one with "To Me, My X-Men!" before flipping down to use Cerebro.
Use Pixie to cycle your allies back and play as many as you can for cheap. Use Utopia to ready characters played with "To Me, My X-Men!" before they bounce back to hand.
New Recruits will give you a good ally that you can play for cheap, doesn't take up an ally slot, and Cyclops can thwart it down easily. I like to use Indra because he stays around, but any of them are good.
Good combos include using Rogue on Wolverine to attack for 5 per turn. Heal her up with Triage - and then bring him back with Pixie to do it again.
There isn't a huge amount of economy here - but a lot of the time you are playing allies for 1-2 resources, so it hardly matters.
Honorary X-Men is there to put on Cyclops to let him ready in Alter-Ego if you want to heal him twice before you flip up (because you can play an ally to ready him in AE with Utopia, and still get the discount from Uncanny X-Men ) - but tbh you could cut it, as I barely needed it so far.
This has run through the first few scenarios of Next Evolution on Expert, without really breaking a sweat. It's not anything particularly innovative, more just a proof of concept - that Cyclops actually works pretty well; and his "use all X-Men allies" deck-building ability, makes for a pretty strong archetype.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Forge cannot grab Uncanny X-Men because it does not have the X-Men trait. That card has the "Team" trait. That said, I'm sure this deck still works great!
