This Thor deck has the threat on lockdown and the goal is to manage threat while Revengers! Leadership Hulk gets built out. Infiltration is amazing for Thor, a one cost Thwart event that can remove up to 5 threat and potentially draw 2 cards. Overwatch can chain that 5 threat removal to another scheme, along with Even the Odds which removes 4 threat from each side scheme in a 4 player game Thor should be able to keep threat under control. The Raft can be used to clean up minions defeated by anyone and remove some threat. Face the Past is his ace in the hole, as it draws him 5 cards and readies him, and Show of Empathy allows him to bring Loki to his team, to complete the Revengers! also you can use First Aid to keep him healed or She-Hulk can use a Med Team to keep him around. And if you don't need it for a resource that turn you can hand out Skilled Investigator to your team.
