Ghost-Spider's Wheel of Fortune!

When is this deck most exciting? When you defend with Ghost-Spider!

How do you play Ghost-Spider? You don't!

What's so great about blocking an attack with Ghost-Spider? I was hoping you would ask!!!

MTG Wheel of Fortune

A quarter of the deck costs 0 and while "Avenge Me!" isn't a Mox, drawing lots of cards and playing them for free has always been fun!

How do you play the deck?

  1. Play Split Personality from Hero form whenever you can.
  2. Use Make the Call to put Ghost-Spider into play from your discard pile whenever you can. Bring her back with Rapid Response.
  3. Draw lots of cards. Play lots of cards.
  4. Punch the stunned Villain for a turn or two.

How does it work?

Start by playing Make the Call for Ghost-Spider, play "Avenge Me!" on her, attack twice with her for 4 damage then defend a Villain attack, draw two cards from "Avenge Me!", search your deck for Wheel of Fortune, sacrifice Rapid Response to put Ghost-Spider back into play, sacrifice Practiced Plan to return Rapid Response to your hand then play it back down, play Split Personality to flip to Alter-Ego and draw six cards, use Quincarrier to remove two threat with Superhuman Law Division, flip up to Hero and do two damage with "Do you even lift?", play Mockingbird from Avengers Compound to stun the Villain and thwart for one, use Clarity of Purpose and Helicarrier to play Superhuman Strength for free, and use One-Two Punches to repeatedly attack the Villain for 5 (or 7 if you already played the other Superhuman Strength...because this probably isn't the first time Ghost-Spider has fetched your Split Personality this game - remember she is still on the board right now!), attack for two with Ghost-Spider, play "Avenge Me!" on her as she gets ready to block another attack, then find some new friends because yours left while you were playing solitaire.

And you are right back where you started for next turn! Only now with a stunned Villain. Which means Ghost-Spider gets a turn off while your deck gets reshuffled. To finish out the game, Ghost-Spider passes the torch to Mockingbird to stun the Villain every turn so that your Superhuman Strengths never fall off.

While She-Hulk in protection is still my favorite, this was a deck I had used before that got much better with "Avenge Me!". Enjoy!
