Let's get the obvious taken care of, The Sorcerer Supreme, 3 Spiritual Meditation cards and Zone of Silence since we're playing Justice. Now that the auto-includes are out of the way...

This deck is littered with ways to modify the encounter deck, either by drawing new cards, or by altering boost icons. Wanda's Hero ability, Chaos Control is first, followed by the Scarlet Witch's Crest. Then we have a slew of other options in Melinda May, Warp Reality, Intelligence, Spycraft and the best tool in the deck Global Logistics.

With Global Logistics, for the cost of exhausting a SHIELD agent, a Field Agent, one of your other SHIELD supports, or best of all The Raft (exhausting does nothing to limit its usefulness) you get to set up the best possible Hex Bolt or Molecular Decay play.

With your Alter-ego ability, Nick Fury, Spiritual Meditation, Agent Coulson, Chaos Magic and The Sorcerer Supreme you can keep the cards coming to your hand and you even have a little bonus resource sinks in Helicarrier and Government Liaison which can be used twice a turn with Agent 13.

I've had fun with this deck and honestly, the trickiest part of it is remembering all the options available to you when the triggers for them happen.
