A "Use 'em and Lose 'em" 'pool aspect deck for Cyclops to be used in conjunction with my Captain America Referee deck.
Keep Cyclops healthy to use those juicy 'pool resources with Healing Factor. Use Tic-Tac-Toe to help keep your really useful allies alive, like Wolverine and Northstar, or Gambit after using Blindfold to grab a particularly beefy boost card.
As usual, get your upgrades and resources out, possibly mulligan hard for Utopia since this is a "sorta" leadership deck. And you have two copies of X-Men Instruction, so don't worry too much about tossing an ally as a resource, or dumping them early to play out someone better. Same for Cyclops's tactic cards, it can be worth staying in Alter-Ego form for a turn or two to draw tactics for extra resources, especially if you get Psylocke out nice and early. Remember, on your opening hand your first ally is going to get a -1 deployment cost with Steve's Living Legend on the table as well.
In the end, let your allies do the thwarting and minion mashing until you have Captain America at 6-8 defense and using the no-allies events to bash the villain to pieces.
