I built this deck after the Drang scenario to deal with the Collector in the Galaxy's Most Wanted campaign on standard difficulty. This deck was played in a two player game with Groot Justice.

After playing Leadership Rocket and having a blast, I brought it into the Infiltrate the Museum scenario and got destroyed. With all of the allies and tech upgrades, the collection filled up quickly. I decided to be a little reckless, and switch to aggression and load up on events to rush the villain down while my partner kept the threat at bay.

There are a few upgrades in here like Combat Training, Martial Prowess, and Follow Through, along with the Hall of Heroes support. Follow Through didn't get much value (because I didn't even end up wanting to kill too many minions and fill up the collection), so it could probably be replaced with a single copy of Drop Kick to help get a status effect for Press the Advantage. Speaking of Press the Advantage, it didn't always hit the card draw effect because of a lack of status effects, but it's still always a free 2 damage if you have Martial Prowess out. (My partner also had Concussive Blow which helped.)

Where this deck shines is when you have one of Rocket's weapons without any charge counters on it, you can leave it in play to activate Mean Swing. Thematically, I envision Rocket runs out of ammo, so he just hits the villain on the head with a giant Particle Cannon.

I never used Tinkering on alter-ego to get rid of an empty weapon or Battery Pack, since that would send it to the collection. Instead, we used Flora and Fauna and the battery packs to reload the weapons. An empty weapon is also a great "block" for when you draw an encounter card that makes you send an upgrade to the collection. You can then retrieve it from the collection and Salvage it back on top of your deck. Having the Battery Packs and Rocket's Pistol are also 1-cost, so they prevent you from sending your 2-cost aggression upgrades to the collection when you draw Inconspicuous Box which makes you pitch the lowest cost card you control.

I know this deck isn't perfect and could use some tweaking, but it was a great one to use with Groot Justice for this specific scenario. If people want, I can post the Groot Justice deck as well.

Was thinking about trying this deck, but I found a mistake in your tactics with the weapon usage.

You don't get to keep weapons in play if there are no charges left, according to page 10 of the rule reference: "After a card with uses spends its final use (and the effect resolves), discard the card."

According to the text the counters are not spent but removed. That difference in wording means the card remains in play.
