This deck is all about using Summoning Spell to play your favorite expensive allies for cheap, and using Black Panther to cycle it again and again. With her alter-ego action and Spiritual Meditation, Wanda lets you churn through the deck super fast on the first pass to find her favorite spell. Once it's in your discard pile, Black Panther gets it back for you. Rapid Response and Command Team turns that into a cycle – once you're set up, you can churn through Black Panther's activations and play Summoning Spell multiple times per turn. Make the Call helps with consistency in case Black Panther ends up in your discard pile, and also provides a useful target for his ability if Summoning Spell isn't in your discard pile yet.

It doesn't take much set up, and once you're rolling, you're only paying 2 for some of the best allies that synergize with Scarlet Witch: Heimdall and Falcon let you see the encounter deck to plan out Hex Bolt and the encounter phase, Nick Fury increases her already stellar card draw, and Goliath can give you some burst damage that can be hard to come by otherwise. I love this deck because it adds a new dimension to Scarlet Witch while still keeping that thematic chaos experience. You never know who you're going to hit with Summoning Spell, but whoever it is feels amazing every time (even if it's Quicksilver). It's a way to play Wanda without feeling like I'm just biding my time between Hex Bolts, plus commanding an army of four 4+ cost allies feels incredible.

I included my favorite big allies here, but I could see Beta Ray Bill and Giant-Man fitting in too, along with some favorite Rapid Response targets like Maria Hill and Mockingbird. Leadership Training is another good option to recur Summoning Spell since Wanda can easily confuse the villain and activate it in alter-ego. I don't have the Valkyrie pack so I haven't tried it yet; the main drawback would be shuffling Summoning Spell back into your deck rather than having it ready for play attached to Black Panther.

In theory, Dr. Strange and Adam Warlock could run this deck too, but with her card cycling and Chaos Magic as a great backup option if Summoning Spell isn't coming up, no one does it like Wanda. Adam only gets one copy of Rapid Response and Make the Call, but he also has access to more recursion along with some amazing allies from other aspects.

Happy summoning!

awesome idea but i would cut Cap and 1 response so deck could be perfect 40

Yup, totally agree on Cap. He's the least synergistic ally, but still really powerful if he hits the table. To get to 40, I'd probably cut Meditation or Quincarrier before a Rapid Response, since it's so central to the build and it's easy to let two pass by during setup. But I definitely have to test it out a little more to see what works best.
